Legal baseline

Cookie Policy

This cookie policy is intentionally narrow. It describes the limited, production-appropriate baseline for the current Oriku marketing site rather than claiming a larger consent program than the site actually runs.

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Current approach

Oriku does not currently present this marketing site as relying on advertising cookies or broad cross-site tracking.

The current baseline is focused on essential delivery, request integrity, and abuse prevention for the site and contact form.

Necessary and security-related technologies

Cloudflare may use cookies or similar mechanisms to route traffic, protect the site, and support reliable delivery of pages and form requests.

Cloudflare Turnstile may also use cookies or comparable signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse when someone submits the contact form.

Contact form workflow

When a visitor submits the form, the request is processed by Cloudflare Pages Functions and then relayed to Resend for email delivery to the Oriku team.

That workflow may involve temporary technical identifiers or request metadata needed for security, verification, and delivery, even where a classic browser cookie is not the only mechanism involved.

What this policy does not claim

This page does not claim that Oriku has implemented a full cookie consent banner or a granular preference center, because the current site does not support that experience.

If non-essential analytics, personalization, or advertising technologies are added later, Oriku should revisit both this policy and whether consent controls are required.
