Privacy Policy

This page explains the limited personal data Oriku processes through the marketing site today. It is written to match the current setup and may be updated as the site changes.

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Data we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the details you submit: name, work email, company, and environment notes. We also receive the locale and page path needed to route the request correctly.

When the form is submitted, Cloudflare and Turnstile may also process technical data such as IP address, browser, and request metadata to help protect the site from abuse.

Why we use it

We use contact submissions to respond to inbound requests, continue the conversation you started, and operate the marketing site safely.

We may also use technical metadata to diagnose delivery issues, investigate abuse, and maintain the reliability of the form workflow.

Service providers

The marketing site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and contact requests are handled through Cloudflare Pages Functions.

Turnstile is used as an anti-abuse check before a request is accepted. Contact messages are then delivered through Resend so the Oriku team can reply by email.

Retention and sharing

We keep inquiry data only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, follow up, operate the service, or meet legal obligations.

We do not describe any broader sale, profiling, or advertising use here because that is not supported by the current site implementation.

Cookies and related technologies

This site currently aims to stay minimal. Any cookies or similar technologies are expected to be limited to necessary hosting, request handling, and security functions, including Turnstile and Cloudflare protections.

If Oriku later adds analytics or marketing technologies, this policy and the cookie policy should be updated to reflect that change.
